The ground floor with an open kitchen, an utility room and a dining/sitting room (40 sq m).
There is air conditioning and heating by an inverter. And there is also a wood stove for extra heating.
Directly around the house there are various terraces, so with any position of the sun a comfortable place can be found.
From the terrace (30 sq m) on the first floor you get an even nicer view at the valley below.
Bedrooms (max. 6 people)
On the ground floor there is a smaller “guest”room, with two single beds (200 x 90 cm). The bathroom is in the corridor , it has a WC ,faucet and a large walk-in shower.
On the first floor there’s the “master” bedroom, with two single beds, placed together (200 x 180 cm). It’s own bathroom has WC, a bidet, a double faucet and a walk-in shower. In the bedroom there’s also a childrens bed (120 x 60 cm). This room has a door directly to the terrace.
In the corridor on the first floor there are two more beds (190 x 80 cm), One of these is normally stored under the other.
Towels and bed linnen are in the house.
Provision
Kitchen:
A gas cooker (4 burners) with oven, a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, hand mixers and a complete arrangement for cooking and dining with 6 people.
Utility room:
Another refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a microwave oven, an electric oven and a second sink.
Living room:
Satellite TV (Astra 1) , DVD/CD player with FM radio, a big wood stove. Wifi.
Swimming pool:
Childfriendly swimming pool , with outside hot shower.
Terracces:
Chairs, tables, lounging chairs, parasols, cushions and a charcoal BBQ.
