Welcome to Monte dos Reis, Portugal
Monte dos Reis is a newly built landhouse (2008), with all modern comfort, but also with many typical old Portuguese elements. The plot is 10 000 square meters.
It is situated near the small village named Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo (at 3 km) in the Algarve, in a very quiet “biblical” valley, were during the day only a few cars and tractors are passing.
But some bigger towns are not far away and the beach is just 15 km. from the vacation house. The airport in Faro is at 40 km. So a car will be necessary. Monte dos Reis is the ideal location for a “de-stress” vacation with lots of walking trails around.
On the hill there is a swimming pool, a ruin, and an old unoccupied farm house to be explored. It’s a perfect area for hiking.
